Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026. This policy covers this website and the demo request form. The Farmly software has its own terms, which you'll receive when you open an account.
This website is operated by [Farmly legal entity name], based in Lethbridge, Alberta (“Farmly”, “we”, “us”). We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, nearest town, acres farmed, main crops, how you keep your books and the best time to call. We don't ask for financial account numbers or government ID on this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, the pages you view and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use it to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.
We use your form details to call you back, arrange your demo and follow up about Farmly. If you share farm numbers with us for a demo, we use them only to build that demo. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and receive form submissions, including our website host, Webflow. They process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
We keep demo requests for as long as we're in conversation with you, and for up to two years after our last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you become a customer.
Access to form submissions is limited to Farmly staff who need it to contact you. Our providers use encryption in transit and industry-standard security controls.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email us at [privacy email address] and we'll respond within 30 days.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
